Quotes are based on shipment details shared by customers. Final charges may vary if shipment dimensions, weight, route, waiting time, or handling requirements differ from initial information.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment details and pickup/delivery information.
- Ensure legal and proper packaging for goods in transit.
- Avoid booking prohibited or restricted items.
4. Liability
We take reasonable care in handling shipments. Liability is limited to the terms agreed in the booking confirmation and applicable laws. Delays due to weather, strikes, traffic restrictions, or force majeure are not considered service breaches.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund treatment depends on dispatch stage and resource allocation. Any applicable deductions and timelines are shared at booking confirmation.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless required otherwise by law.
